1. Is LoveCards.com a FREE site?
   Yes! LoveCards.com has offered FREE eCards since it was first launched in 1996. Some of our features and premium eCards are available to members only.
   
   
   
2. Why wasn't my eCard delivered to my recipient?
   Here are the main reasons why your eCard was not delivered:
   
   
   1. Your recipient's email address was entered incorrectly.
      
      
   2. Your recipient did not notice the delivery message from LoveCards.com.
      
      
   3. Your recipient's Internet service provider is blocking our service.
      
      
   4. Your recipient's email security settings are too high.
      
      
   5. Your recipient's email server is not working properly or their email account is over their limit.
   
   
   
3. Why can't I pick up my eCard that was sent to me?
   Here are the main reasons why you can't pick up your eCard:
   
   
   1. You may have received a fake message that did not originate from LoveCards.com. NEVER download any files (exe, ppt, etc.) to retrieve a card - LoveCards does not use downloads. NEVER click on a link unless you are certain it links to LoveCards.com.
      
      
   2. You did not enter the address for picking your eCard correctly. Please copy and paste the link in your delivery email message into your browser - spelling counts!
   
   
   
4. Can I schedule my eCard to be delivered on a future date?
   Registered members can schedule their eCards to be sent on the date they choose.
   
   
   
5. Can I add music or animation to my eCard?
   We will be adding this feature to our eCards in the near future.
   
   
   
6. How often are new eCards added to LoveCards.com?
   New eCards are added almost every day. Registered members can send their own cards, photos and artwork on LoveCards.com.
   
   
   
7. Can I request new eCards to be added to LoveCards.com?
   We always welcome your suggestions for eCard categories and designs. Please us the "Contact Us" link to provide us with your suggestions.
